Current Scholarship Information You Will Share

New Bachelor's & Master's scholarship: $6 USD monthly administration-services fee

The previous $5 monthly scholarship offer has ended. New students registering under the current scholarship opportunity use the $6 USD monthly administration-services fee, together with the $10 USD one-time application fee.

The scholarship opportunity is also available to students who wish to study with HBIU as part of the university's Work-Study Program, subject to university guidelines and availability. Student Intake Coordinators should communicate the current scholarship information accurately and direct prospective students to the official HBIU application process.

Position Overview

What an HBIU Student Intake Coordinator does

Student Intake Coordinators represent HBIU professionally when communicating with prospective students. They share approved university information, explain study and scholarship opportunities, connect interested students with HBIU application pathways, assist with general intake follow-up, and maintain appropriate communication with their referred students.

Helpful experience may include customer service, admissions, student intake, sales, education, ministry, administration, outreach, social media, communication, community development, or other people-facing work.

Compensation Structure

Commission-based monthly earning opportunity

This opportunity is commission-based rather than a guaranteed fixed salary. Monthly earnings are based on the number of students successfully connected, enrolled, and verified under the coordinator's unique HBIU record.

Where eligible under HBIU commission rules, a coordinator may continue receiving recurring monthly commission connected to referred students for as long as those students continue making the required eligible payments. All commissions remain subject to HBIU verification, reconciliation, eligibility requirements, and final approval.
