$10 USD one-time application/registration fee. For Bachelor's and Master's students, the monthly administration/system-services fee is $5 USD. If you cannot pay the $10 one-time fee when you apply, this will not stop you from beginning your studies as long as your required monthly administration fee is being paid. The unpaid $10 may remain on your student account and be paid later. HBIU does not charge a $50 application or registration fee for this pathway.
